Цель: являлось экспериментальное изучение влияния гамма-облучения в диапазоне поглощённых доз 25-200 кГр на физико-химические свойства твёрдых отходов транспортировки нефти по трубопроводам. Объектом исследования служили асфальтосмолопарафиновые отложения, отобранные при очистке магистрального нефтепровода. В ходе работы решались следующие задачи: количественное определение изменений группового углеводородного состава (масла, парафины, смолы, асфальтены) методом адсорбционной хроматографии; анализ молекулярно-массового распределения методом гель-проникающей хроматографии; оценка реологических характеристик (температура плавления, застывания, условная вязкость) и термической стабильности методом термогравиметрического анализа. Установлено, что при дозе 200 кГр содержание парафинов снижается в 1,65 раза, а асфальтенов возрастает в 1,8 раза, полидисперсность системы увеличивается с 6,56 до 10,72, условная вязкость при 80°C возрастает более чем вдвое, а коксовый остаток увеличивается с 3,5% до 8,2% масс. Практическая значимость результатов заключается в обосновании возможности использования радиационно-модифицированных отходов в качестве компонента битумных композиций с повышенной термостойкостью или сырья для получения углеродных материалов. Полученные данные могут быть использованы при разработке технологий утилизации нефтяных отходов с применением ионизирующего излучения.
